Our online service request portal allows you the ability to:


• Submit service requests quickly and with ease.
• Check status of previously submitted service requests at any time.
• Accessibility to history of all completed service requests.
• Place service request during non-business hours.


To Submit a Service Request Log-into: http://www.300west6thst.com


• Select “Service Requests” in the center of the screen.
• Enter User Name and Password (Log In information will be provided by Management once your company has been set up in the system.)


To Request Service:


1. Choose your floor and suite number
2. Select request type.
Example: Electrical-Lighting, HVAC too cold, Vendor Access
3. If your request is for a future time or date, please change the “date required.”
4. In the details box, type in your request and include any necessary explanation
5. Click on the Submit button.


Service Request Monitoring:


• To check the status of any request, click on “my requests” (or “all requests” to see those submitted by other requestors in your office) and click on the request number. This will give you a detailed outline of your request, including times of submission and expedition, as well as engineer comments about the request.

Once a service request has been received, the management staff will address the problem as soon as possible and, if applicable, send an invoice for the completed service request.
If the situation warrants external assistance, the management staff will obtain pricing approval prior to performing the work.
