VENDOR INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
It is Endeavor Real Estate Group’s policy that all vendors and contractors providing moving services, remodeling, painting, construction, etc. to our tenants provide the management office with evidence of the following insurance requirements.
Please provide us with a Certificate of Insurance with the specifications listed below:
| Commercial General Liability Insurance | $2,000,000 |
| Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance | $1,000,000 |
| Professional Liability Insurance | If applicable |
| Excess / Umbrella Liability Insurance | $1,000,000 |
| Workers Compensation | $1,000,000 |
| Cancellation: Not less than 30 days |
- Below is the list of owner entities that must be included as additional insured interests:
- CSHV-300 West 6th LLC,
- Endeavor Real Estate Group, Ltd.,
- California State Teachers Retirement System
- Please include an Additional Insured Endorsement page: CG 20 10 11 85
- List Certificate Holder as follows:
